Create a workspace

The workspace represents your own company. Customer administration and customer workspace switching are reserved for Business accounts with approved MSP or consultant verification. Standard does not include them, and a Business plan alone does not enable them.
  1. Open the signup page
    Go to app.stackyapper.dev/portal/start.
  2. Enter the company and owner details
    Enter your Company, Full name, and Work email. Consumer email domains such as Gmail or Outlook.com are not accepted. Use the exact work email associated with the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account you will use in the next step — the email on the form must match the verified email returned by the identity provider.
  3. Verify your identity
    Choose Continue with Microsoft 365 or Continue with Google Workspace and complete the provider sign-in. Stackyapper verifies the business identity and company domain before creating the workspace. Stop if you authenticated with the wrong company account.
  4. Choose a plan and accept the terms
    On Choose your plan, select Standard or Business. Confirm that you are authorized to bind your organization and agree to the Terms of Service and Billing and Cancellation Policy, then select Continue to checkout. The plan screen shows the monthly price, and the hosted Stripe checkout shows your final price before you subscribe.
  5. Enter the portal
    After checkout returns you to Stackyapper, confirm that the workspace selector shows your company. This selected workspace controls which apps, credentials, permissions, sessions, and audit activity you are managing.

Verify the workspace

Before connecting an app, confirm:
  • Your name and company identity are shown in the portal.
  • The workspace selector shows your company.
  • You can open Apps, Users & Groups, AI clients, and Settings.
  • You have not accidentally entered an existing customer or test workspace.
Always check the selected workspace before connecting a provider credential. A credential is stored and used within that workspace’s boundary.

Joining an existing company

Do not create a second workspace if your company already uses Stackyapper. Ask an owner or admin to invite your work email, then sign in through app.stackyapper.dev.
