Stackyapper docs

Stackyapper connects AI clients to your company’s approved business systems while you control what each person can reach and do. The quickstart below takes a company owner or admin from signup to a verified first read through an AI client.
Start with least privilege and hold that line until the loop is proven: one app, read-only tools, no more than five records, and no create, update, delete, execute, or credential-sensitive tools. Expand access only after you have verified the connection, the result, and the audit record.

Quickstart

  1. Check the requirements
    Prepare a company identity, payment method, provider access, and an AI client. See Before you begin.
  2. Create your workspace
    Go to app.stackyapper.dev/portal/start, register your company, verify your identity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, accept the terms, and choose a plan. See Create your workspace.
  3. Connect your first app
    In Apps, enable one app, connect its credential, and grant only the read tools you need for a first test. See Connect your first app.
  4. Connect an AI client and verify
    Authorize your AI client against the Stackyapper URL for that client, run a small read-only request, and confirm the matching event in Audit. See Connect an AI client and verify.
Each AI client uses a specific Stackyapper URL; find yours in the client overview.

The outcome

You are finished with initial onboarding when all of the following are true:
  • Your company workspace is active.
  • One app shows a healthy connection in Apps.
  • Your user or group has access to at least one read-only tool for that app.
  • Your AI client is connected to the correct Stackyapper workspace.
  • A small read-only request returns an expected provider result.
  • An admin can find the matching successful call in Audit.
Then invite your team and move access into groups instead of managing every user individually. See Invite your team. MSPs can use this path for their own company workspace. Managed customer administration is reserved for Business accounts with approved MSP or consultant verification.
