Operate workspaces

The Customers page is the managing account's view across managed customer workspaces. Filter by customer status, activity, and identity state, and investigate the signals that matter: a workspace needing attention, no recent tool activity, SSO, SCIM, or custom-domain state that differs from expectation, or an outstanding or incorrect invitation. Absence of SCIM or SAML is not a failure when the customer does not use managed identity.
Rescind invitations that are incorrect, expired, or no longer needed, and review the destination before sending or resending one. Do not invite a customer user into the managing company's internal workspace as a shortcut.

Open a customer workspace

This is the canonical scope-safety checklist; other pages link here.
  1. Verify the customer
Select the customer and verify its name and primary domain.
  2. Open the workspace
    Use Open workspace.
  3. Confirm Current workspace
Confirm Current workspace in the sidebar shows the intended customer.
  4. Make the change
Make the app, user, group, AI client, or Audit change.
  5. Verify before switching
Verify the result before switching away.
Opening a customer workspace changes administrative context; it does not merge the customer with the managing workspace.

Operational review

For a periodic customer review, cover:
  • Users and groups
  • Apps needing attention
  • AI clients and last use
  • Audit, filtered to the review period
  • Identity and custom-domain state, when the customer configured them
Record remediation in the managing company's system of record.
