The Customers page is the MSP view across managed workspaces. Use it to
find customers needing attention, inspect identity state and recent activity,
and open the selected customer workspace.
Triage the customer list
Use customer status, activity, and identity filters to narrow the list. Treat
these signals as prompts to investigate:
A workspace needing attention
No recent tool activity
SSO, SCIM, or custom-domain state differing from expectation
An outstanding or incorrect customer invitation
Absence of SCIM or SAML is not a failure when the customer does not use the
identity package.
Open a customer workspace
Select the customer and verify its name and primary domain.
Use Open workspace.
Confirm Current workspace in the sidebar.
Make the app, user, group, AI-client, or Audit change.
Verify the result before switching away.
Opening a customer workspace changes administrative context; it does not merge
the customer with the MSP workspace.
Invitations
Review the destination before sending or resending a customer invitation.
Rescind invitations that are incorrect, expired operationally, or no longer
needed. Do not invite a customer user into the MSP's internal workspace as a
shortcut.
Operational review
For a periodic customer review:
Check users and groups.
Review apps needing attention.
Review AI clients and last use.
Filter Audit to the review period.
Check identity and custom-domain state when purchased.
