The Customers page is the managing account's view across managed customer workspaces.
Filter by customer status, activity, and identity state, and investigate the
signals that matter: a workspace needing attention, no recent tool activity,
SSO, SCIM, or custom-domain state that differs from expectation, or an
outstanding or incorrect invitation. Absence of SCIM or SAML is not a failure
when the customer does not use managed identity.
Rescind invitations that are incorrect, expired, or no longer needed, and
review the destination before sending or resending one. Do not invite a
customer user into the managing company's internal workspace as a shortcut.
