Product analytics is being updated. The new measurement model described below
is not active yet. We will publish updated privacy information and notify
customers before it starts.
Planned measurement
The updated model will measure limited product use to understand setup, feature
use and repeat use. It will run as part of the Service, with no analytics setting
for members or workspace owners in the portal.
PostHog US will receive reviewed page categories and records of app connections,
AI-client authorization, access requests, artifact views and successful tool use.
This will include activity through AI clients outside the browser. Records will
use a different random identifier for each person in each workspace. A minimal
PostHog person record will link activity across sessions within that workspace.
Records will exclude names, email addresses, workspace details, app and tool
names, customer content, prompts, tool arguments, results and session recordings.
The portal will not add an analytics cookie or third-party behavioral SDK.
Permanent workspace deletion will also delete its associated product analytics.
Provider deletion is asynchronous. Account deletion will schedule the same
cleanup for that person's analytics records.
Current privacy information
The published Privacy Policy continues to
apply. Use its contact for applicable privacy requests and objections.
Organization objections are handled under the DPA,
including managed workspaces where relevant.
Public marketing website analytics has separate privacy choices. Read the
Subprocessors page for provider details.
