Roles and page access

Stackyapper hides portal pages that a role cannot use, so a missing page is the expected result of role and workspace policy, not a loading failure.

* Customers appears only when the workspace belongs to an MSP, not merely because the user is an owner or admin.
** Artifacts is feature-flag gated; it appears only when the artifacts feature is enabled for the deployment, and per-workspace access is evaluated inside the page.

The Settings page changes with your role and the selected workspace.

  • Plan & billing: owners can review the current subscription, renewal state, usage, managed customer count, itemized monthly estimate, and payment-method summary. Managed customer workspaces do not have a billing tab because the MSP owns the Stackyapper subscription. See Plan and billing.
  • Identity & access: owners configure Business identity features: SCIM provisioning, Managed SAML, and Custom access domains.
  • Notifications: owners and admins configure security notifications and digest delivery, expected countries, and client-address retention. For an admin, Notifications is the only Settings section shown. See Notifications.
Actual tool access still depends on app availability and policy. See Understand access.
If you need an administrative action, contact a workspace owner. Do not solve a missing page by sharing another person's session or API key.
