The Settings page changes with your role and the selected workspace.

Plan & billing
Owners can review the current subscription, renewal state, usage, managed
customer count, itemized monthly estimate, and payment-method summary. Managed
customer workspaces do not have a billing tab because the MSP owns the
Stackyapper subscription.

Owners configure Business identity features:
Notifications
Owners and administrators configure security notifications and digest
delivery, expected countries, and client-address retention. For an
administrator, Notifications is the only Settings section shown.
